usually... with me, takes 2 days to get over a night. as i dont really deep sleep when i get in, the morning after i do, all the aches set in.

Not done any in ages , i didnt want to either. I wont do anything until Ibiza now and ive come up with a rule of only 2 max per night.

Im going to get loads of poppers and have that stuck to the end of my nose instead

Do you take 5HTP Mambo. I never really suffer from comedowns, take my 5HTP, eat lots of comfort food on the Monday and have an early night and I'm normally right as rain.

Thursday is a long time to still be suffering you poor thing

Do you get that feeling where your not familiar with your surroundings?, like you dont belong there?, its so strange and then im getting stressed out at work and just wanting to cry , thats not like me at all

Im looking forward to a quiet weekend

Believe me JJinit it took years of investigating cos there's so many bloody fake southern chippies selling pretend mushies but I finally found a proper good northern chippie about a mile away from us in Ealing
