How hot is it ?

because this time last year it was hitting the hundreds
Which is nice but i little to hot 8)

Before we left the reports were saying 31 degreesfor the Tuesday. It hit 44!!! I have never been so hot in all my life. It never went below 27 degrees even at night and this was a week ago with the forecast set to get hotter

The high temperatures quoted are in the sun or on town displays or car displays, not in the shade which is the standard measurement - low to middle thirties are realistic in August as a mean temperature which is good unless the humidity rises as it did for a couple of days I was there in July - then just pray for a storm to clear the air - phew!
