My big boss from FLT come up to see me today and sat me down to tell me that as I got promoted but effectively still having to do my old PA role as well as Co ordinating a team of Secretaries that its only fair that I get two payrises this year.... :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

What's the chances of that happening???????

Still in shock but really pleased....

..... anyway - just wanted to share cos I am really chuffed!!!

Well actually nothing this weekend - Phil is at the match tomorrow so gets up early to drive to L'pool so planning a quiet weekend as last weekend was a bit of bender with little to no sleep :confused:

I think a Chinese Take Out and a bottle of bubbly might be in order tho.... snuggled up on the sofa - it was snowing this morning - only a little but its nice to feel wintery and wrap up :lol::lol:
 
Maybe this is gods way of repaying you for getting knocked over by a car three times ;):lol::lol:!

Excellent - so next time I get knocked over (and there will be a next time....) I can look forward to promotion and another payrise???? Quality!!!

I got into work today and my payslip was here - I doubled checked it to make sure I hadnt misheard.... :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Payrise effective from end of Dec - means I can save more now towards that elusive small holiding in Ibiza.... only 20 more years to go...:rolleyes::rolleyes: :lol::lol::lol:

I looked at prices again just recently. I guess that villa will have to be my retirement home!

I have a tiny little mortgage to pay off - once that's paid- cash city and off we go....!!!

Prices are shocking - although if you check out how long they have been on the market some of them have been on for over 2 years!!!!!
