What are your dates?
You'd probably enjoy any of the parties at Pacha. I'd particularly recommend Release Yourself with Roger Sanchez and the Thursday night party (either Yosh1toshi or Renaissance depending on your dates). The El Divino parties are almost all house music. And you must attend We Love at Space on Sundays.

Well then, you've got plenty of time to check out lots of different events.
Once again, I'd plan on Mondays at Pacha for Roger Sanchez and Thursdays at Pacha for Deep Dish on 13.7 and Renaissance with Sasha & Hernan Cattaneo on 20.7.
One Tuesdays, Defected at Pacha is probably your best bet, but that's also a good night you could take for rest.
Wednesdays, you could try La Troya at Space (it's officially a gay party but everyone goes and it's a great atmosphere) or also Azuli at El Divino. On 19.7 Azuli has Seamus Haji joining resident Dave Piccioni. There's also Subliminal with Erick Morillo$ at Pacha (with special guest David Guetta on 19.7) but I'm trying to get you some variety here!
Friday you could try Manumission at Privilege. I'm not a big fan but it's a huge spectacle that you should see if it's your first time on the island. The opening party is on 21.7. Also, there' Made in Italy at Amnesia, which has Lee Burridge as a guest DJ on 21.7. On 14.7, Yousef will be at Dusted at Eden and while I don't like Eden as a club, that line-up looks decent.
Saturdays you could take off, or go to Matinee @ Space in the daytime, or try People from Ibiza at Amnesia or Def Mix at Pacha at night.
Sunday you must attend We Love at Space. It's an all day party so you start early afternoon, maybe take a break in the evening and return for the night program. The line-ups for We Love while you're there are amazing.
