Bloody Estate agents, actualy most of the time its isnt the agents fault well in my case anyway , breaks my heart sometimes to tell people there buyer has pulled out you can hear em breaking on the phone it brings tears to your eyes.

Cheers guys, your kind comments are very helpful. I Hope i didn't sound too whinging - it was i risk i took that hasn't paid off (yet). So no point blaming the world for the situation i'm in.
