House and Techno blurs

Has anyone noticed that house and techno seem to be converging together a bit at the moment? Or is it just me?

yes u got tech-house.
but that genre has been around for years.

no its different to tech-house, its very house music songs sounding with tougher beats, and very techno songs sounding funky, almost as if a good DJ can flip between house and techno quite easily now

There are also a lot of house productions nowadays that have a more electro & acid kinda vibe, but which I wouldn't call tech-house... Just take a producer, e.g. Bini & Martini, and compare older tracks like 'H.o.G. - Disco Down' and more recent productions like 'Say Yes'. A lot of producers have changed their style like this.
And it's no problem today to play tracks like 'Alter Ego - Rocker' etc in a lot of todays house sets.
