Hotels in winter

Can anyone recommend a good hotel for a long weekend durin the winter months? Plus during winter do you have to book rooms or is it best to get a flight and then just turn up?

I cant wait till summer, i need another visit!

I don't have a clue of what hotels are open off season but I'm sure you won't have any problem if you don't book in advance.

Ibiza off-season is wonderfull

I know Hostal El Parque in Ibiza town is open all year.
