Hi!

We are planning to visit Ibiza for our honeymoon on the beginning of July 2008. We are both in our early thirties, but active and party lovers. So we would like to be close to the town, and party clubs, but also would like to stay at a nice and quiet hotel at a beach front or close to a beach to relax since it is our honeymoon. Also we definitely don't want to be in a family hotel with lots of children running around! A smaller, boutique type of hotel would be great if possible. Could you please give us any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

Pacha Hotel - if you want to be in on the action and get free entry to the club - its across the road, I would say pretty much guaranteed no kids.

Pikes - on the way to San Antonio - off the motorway into the countryside - very nice and definately no children there.

Check out their websites....

Can Talaias (used to belong to Terry-Thomas the actor) but its right up North (good for Benirras) or Pikes, which is quite central. No beach at either -Im useless - but thats the trouble with really nice villa hotels, but Pikes is Handy for Amnesia Privilege, KM5 and Elephant etc -- Check out Mr & Mrs Smith.com for a few ideas. Always check with the place direct as they're often cheaper.

Im taking the Mrs in June and staying at Mar y Playa Appts in Figueretas which is ideal, easy for town, easy for busses to beaches and anywhere plus there is a beach ferries to Formentera, etc . Easy walk to bora bora too. Nice view esp if you book the beach front as you get a bouble balcony but its not as nice as a cool finca hotel but neither so constantly annoyingly 'style above content' as Es Vive or Pacha hotel which are just a rip.

Try Cala tarrida area I think theres anice place there where you might get the best of both.

We're out in late Mid June
