Can anyone tell me if the HOTEL HAWAII in San an Bay has a disabled ramp to the entrance and are there any inside, hope someone can help me,
the tour operaters dont have a clue if there is or they aint bothered about have disabled people going with them
 
The neptuno has a ramp too, so when the Hawaii bump you and dump you in their sister hotel next door, you'll be able to get decent access there too.

why are they full up looked on google world and neptuno no good for me they can put me in costa sur if they want but will insist staying put even if I have to buy a tent and put it up in the hotel entrance, hopefully they wont be booked up fully when I go in May

you can book the hawaii by following the link i gave. they have availability for next summer.
 
They had avalibility when we booked for earlier this year, then we got a letter one week before the holiday telling us they had double booked and we could stay in the neptuno or cancel. there were several other groups at the neptuno that had also been bumped in the same manner, and on other websites i have seen they seem to do it on a regular basis - a ggod way of filling up a hotel that wouldn't get many bookings otherwise (the neptuno) personally i would not recommend booking with them, but i'm sure other people have had a great time there.
 
ive stayed at the hawaii three times and to be honest ive never noticed any ramp, the only access i noticed were the steep steps at the front and those at the back which joins the promenade, inside there is a lift which goes down to the basement to access the restaurant and pool area
 
Thanks Icoverdale but they have spent 3 milion euros on it I beleive this last year so i would think spending that much they would put ramps in also i think its law to have them in to conform with the eu , well i hope so lol,
 
I dont think Hotel Neptuno is a sister hotel as intertur hotel chain not got it on there web site but I may be wrong .Interturs hotel have now comfirmed they have ramps so have to see if there are telling the truth if not s-it will hit the fan good and hard
