Hotel Family History

Back in the day, Daughters of Ibiza families inherited land on the coast, as it was seen as useless and infertile. Sons inherited the fertile, produce laden inland areas.

Along comes Tourism in the 70's, coastal land values rise and the sisters become rich. Hows Ironic is that:)
 
I know a Cardona and I know a Prats from my many visits to Ibiza, both involved in the hotel trade - but then both names are prevalent in Ibiza.
