Hotel El Corso Talamanca

I've been trying to book this Hotel, as it was ideal last year.

But i've tried a few websites which this year are no longer listing it. i've also tried the hotel's own website but it won't take bookings.

I wondered if anyone knew whether it was still open for business?
 
so does anybody know if (el) corso is closed for renovations momentarily ?

ps:
i wonder where they want to put their "spa" ...
... maybe in the place formerly known as afterhoursclub lucifer :)
