After only two summers since the big renovation, El Puerto Ibiza Hotel & Spa in Ibiza Town turns into Room Mate Ángel. Dedicated to the memory of motorcycle racer Ángel Nieto.

Change of plans:

Announced in autumn but started a few months later. Mid june and it still looks like a building site... jeeeeeez!!!

a lot of refurbs are going slower due to the consequences of covid. meaning a lot of hotels that were gonna open this year after a refurb have changed their idea and are either opening later in the season or directly only in 2022. I'm not saying that's the case with hotel pacha, it's more of a general observation.

New 5-star adults-only hotel in San Miguel: Siau Ibiza :!:

It includes a resume of all the new luxury hotels on the island.

Tui Magic Life Cala Pada

Was just wondering if any body from spotlight has stayed at this all Inclusive before ( just around the corner from Cala Nova)?

A few questions if so:

Can we get a bus from the airport to here?

Also is there much to do out side of the resort? is it easy to walk to Santa Eulalia or the other way towards Cala Nova?

In the pics there is a beach bar, is this part of the all inclusive complex?

Thanks!!

If it's running you can get the #24 bus from the airport, stops right outside the front entrance which is on the Santa Eulalia to Es Cana road.
That bus goes on as far as Cala Nova. The property is massive and stretches all the way down to the beach at Cala Pada. You could walk to CN mostly along the coast in probably 30-40 minutes, via Es Cana, you could also get a #18 bus to EC, then about 10 mins walk to CN. Bus from airport would be about €4, taxi around 35-40€. Sorry, don't know anything about the all inclusive.

We are staying here this year (if it happens), on the recommendation of good friends who have stayed before a couple of times.

All inclusive is good by all accounts, I think one of the beach restaurants is part of the hotel and the other one isnt. But could be wrong on that. Can walk into Santa E, but it is quite a long (hot) walk with no shade.
