hotel booking

Hi,

I booked a hotel on this website and canceled it a couple of weeks before my arrival. According to the terms/conditions I was supposed to be refunded my deposit.

It has been a month now and I still dont see a credit to my account. I've emailed them twice with no response. I can't find a number to call them, does anyone know the number?

Has anyone dealt with this before? Can anyone please help me out.

Hi Stephen,

I've sent a a couple of emails to that address but didn't direct it to specifically to Leslie. I will re-send the email directing it to her.

The phone number is a fax number so I can't call her. Do you know her phone number?
