can anybody tell me is a walk from san an to Hostal la Torre doable? if so is it a costal walk or by road, like to get out and about when I'm not feeling fragile! cheers guys

Is this the place on Google maps? It says 43 min walk which I think is optimistic!

For ref I stayed in hotel around the bay, it says 24 mins but tool more like 40 mins. (I'm a fast walker too, but in heat...) so I'd say probs hour to 80 mins depending on how your legs feel.

Can get taxi from bus station, probs €7-10. Although they always belly ached when I got in, they want the €€€ airport runs I guess.

I guess it depends where you are staying; if near to San An bus station you could hop on the number 1 bus to Stella Maris, ask to stay on the bus until the driver turns around to go back, it takes you a little nearer. Start walking forward, about 10 minutes.
If you are near Cala Gracio cross the beach and go up the steps next to the café, go straight ahead and up "the hill", turn left at the top and carry on. About 20-25 minutes, depending on the heat. When you're there hand over your platinum card and have a small beer...
