Whats it like as in location wise and the usual, cleanliness, size of rooms, bathroom good etc?

not been inside

it is in a good location --5 min walk to west end or 10 min walk along the bay..just by petrol station.. it looks ok , but basic from outside.. not been inside

Seems pretty decent and has got okish reviews here:

So it can't be that bad. I've booked it now anyway so there's no turning back . Only £50 pp in a twin room for 7 nights though
