It's just one long fiesta for you isn't it?
One of my local shops has had decorations up since the end of September, and a town nearby (Heckmondwike - lent its lights to Blackpool for their first ever illuminations, fact fans) has its Christmas lights up all year long, as health and safety laws now dictate that it's too expensive to take them down.
Thankfully they're not turned on all year round.
