Hi my 2nd clubbing holiday to Ibiza 4th time on the island.

Me and my partner decided to go to Playa Den Bossa for a week all inclusive staying at the Bossa Park Hotel.
Sunday 21st Aug
After nearly not making the flight due to being locked out of our house drunkenly misplacing the keys the night before we made the airport and the flight was delayed by an hour which weren't a big problem as we just had a few more drinks at the BHX Wetherspoons.

Landed and there was a delay with the coach for another hour we got on the coach then had to get off because the air con the coach was broke. So the delay was around 1.5hrs. Got to the hotel for around 10pm. We did plan on going to space for We Love but couldnt justify spending so much on tickets then drinks prices so we explore the bars around playa den bossa. Got back to the hotel for around 3.30am.

Monday 22nd
Went to the beach Monday £21 euro for 2 sun lounger and they include the parasol automatically. Was offered free entrance to Mondays Calling at Space Mark Knight was on so we went there. The food at Bossa Park was horrible ate out most of the time. It gave us dogdy bellys but free drinks and service more than justified the all inclusive price.

Tues 23rd
Went to Sands beach bar as we heard Nic Fanciulli was playing a free birthday set party. Turns out Carl Cox plays as well. Got some wristbands from promotions on the beach £10 euro before 10pm and £20 euro before midnite. Made Nic a little birthday card on a postcard which later on payed off ha ha. Got pics with Carl Cox and Nic then went to get ready for The Revolution. Got to Space for 23.30 just in time for Carl Cox in the Terrace.Nearly got thrown out within minute of getting in. The cheapest alcoholic drink in space is wine £10 euro a glass. Who wants to dance with a glass of wine in there hand. I found an empty bottle of water and pourd mine and my partners wine into the bottle so we could put a lid on it and shove it in my pocket. I had a swig out the bottle the bar staff seen me and went balistic took it off me saying i had whisky ha ha. She told security and i talked my way out of it explaining it was wine. So i had a couple more wines (downing them) and lost a few hours. Made it to Fanciulli sobered up straight away. At around 6am A security gaurd, a managment looking women and another security gaurd came over while me and the missus were dancing to Fanciulli. I was like oh shiz what have i done now. She gave us 2 free drinks vouchers courtesy of Nic we were amazed so took full advantage and got 2 vodka orange which should of been £17 euro each (what a nice guy) Me and the mrs stayed till 8am had free hotel brekkie went to bed.

Weds 24th
Got the bus to San An to see the sunset had a drink at Mambo but found a small shop/resturant/bar just round the corner with seating good view of the sunset. Got free wristband to Gatecrasher before 2am with free bus. There was no mention of where to get the free bus and people were told to wait the the orange corner bar where acctually it was waiting at the Bus station in San An. Did see a huge fireworks display while waiting which was very good. Lots of ooohhhs and arrrrsss. Got to Privelidge £10 euro for a 200ml bottle of coke and left a few songs into Oakenfolds set. Good soundsystem not alot of people.

Thurs 25th
Had a chilled one didnt drink in preparation for Pacha Friday. Had the best steak ive ever had at a resturant by jet appartments momines or somthing. £55 euro with tip for 2 sirlions.

Friday 26th
Spend the day on the beach another £21 euro. No free tickets for pacha tonight so paid £46 euro each for All gone pete tong. Taxi to Pacha £15 euro with tip was packed in there but got a wicked spot on the balcony waiting for Fatboy Slim. Paid £35 euro for a bottle of wine which i asked to be left in the bottle which lasted all night for both of us. Fatboy Slim wasn't that great alot of spanish house song's saxo beat etc. Pete Tong took over and showed him how its done. Got pete tong's autograph to which was good. Was packed in pacha not much room to move at all.

Sat 27th
Stayed around by the pool then got the bus to Evissa. Went to the Castle. My god what a mission but what a view from the top. Didnt realise what a good day out this would be but loved it. The walk way is sooo steep remember to bring a drink it was a cool day and was sweating buckets. Got into the town by the harbour had a nose at the super rich yachts moored up. Found a mcdonalds and after all the rubbish food in the hotel nearly cried. Got the bus back to Playa and had a early one in preparation for the flight Home.

Sun 28th
Watched the football at the sports bar by kfc/pizza hut which has great food as well. And checked out the hotel. Got a Taxi to the airport instead of waiting around for the transfer £12 euro. In future i wont bother with the transfer if staying in playa den bossa or san an. The taxi's are plentyfull and easy to flag down.

Nice read. How did you hear about Fanciulli's birthday set?

Last year we found that if we didnt know something was on before we left the UK we missed it.

Nice review.

Couple of questions -

Was the Sands pardy with NF well advertised (as per Eviltad post above)?

Bus to San An - direct or change at Ibiza town?

35 euro for wine at Pacha seems good value. Never seen or heard of this before despite asking the question on here last year?

Cheers DSD

I was in a bar called brogans in Playa den Bossa cheap draught drinks in there by the way. There was a promotions guy from Sankys i was talking to who told me. Then carl cox updated his status on facebook saying he was added to the line up so it was a bonus.

Had to change at Ibiza town but there quite regular.

I asked for a bottle i dont think it was a full bottle of wine like you get anywhere else seemed like a half bottle maybe. But £35 euro plus the bottle was great coz i could dance with it.

Next time id try to add all the people i plan on seeing incase they plan on doing free partys anywhere as a promotion for there night.
