Just wondering if anywhere on the island there is a complex of small one bed villas? Ive been to the canaries before and stayed at a complex which is entirely made up of one bed villas ( lounge, kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom) with a communal pool, bar, shop etc but cant seem to find anything similar on Ibiza. Sounds a bit odd but staying in this type of accommodation feels a bit nicer than staying in an apartment, quieter as your not right next to anyone, a bit more private and bit more room.

While not exactly what you have described, check out the Siesta Mar or AtlasApartments in Santa Eulalia. Both set in lovely gardens with pools in a quiet area. Available through Spotlight.
