Hi does anyone know exactly whats in Hierbas, I know its aniseed and herbs etc, but dont know EXACTLY whats in it, I know what the majority of alcohol contains but dont know what this contains ,Can anyone help please

Hierbas means herbs and as far as I know it contains only fermented herbs so you should be OK if you are coeliac. But then I don't drink alcohol so I might not be the appropriate authority on the matter ;)

The alcohol in Hierbas is a result of the distillation of wines and Molasses.
There is no gluten in the various herbs, none in grapes or Molasses;from sugar cane.
Apparently gluten can't make it through the distillation process which is why hard liquor made from grain, like whisky,is gluten free.
So,unless there is a 'secret ingredient' it looks ok.

This is only from what I've read and I'm not a doctor....
