Are there and places near San An where we can make this in September, if so does anyone have a link

Think it needs to be marinated for about a year before you drink it and usually made in bulk when the ingredients are all ready for harvest as a bit of a social event .. might not be something you can easily do as a holiday activity - but if anyone knows differently please do tell .. would be really fun to join in the process and take away a bottle or two !!
