hi im heading to ibiza on the 6th july for a week staying in central park apartments and just looking some advice on how much spending money i should take? whats the rough price of the drink in the hotel and around the west end area, hope yous can help. thanks

Depends on how many nights you are going to hit the bigger clubs and which nights/clubs. Pacha for example is considerably more expensive than Sankeys, but both are obviously more pricey than the West End. I'm personally bringing 150euro per day.

Some tips:
- Buy alcohol in the supermarket and pre-drink in the hotel, or even better, hit the rocks at Mambo.
- Buy some baguettes or easy to make food for the apartment so you don't have to buy lunch/breakfast.
- Take the Discobus when travelling to bigger clubs.
- If you know what events you are going to, buy tickets in advance.

id prob only go to the big clubs 2 or 3 nights, thanks for the advice. just need someone who can tell me the average price of the drink in central park apartments

Okay. I'm not too sure about that but in general, hotels normally over price their drinks, especially compared to West End or buying from supermarket.

pool on top of roof you know.i never bought a drink when i stayed there many years ago.cheaper to drink out and buy your own at supermakets like said.i bet its 3/4 euro a pint in cpa.you can save money buy getting a wrist band for eden and maybe es paradis which are right next door to cpa.it just means begin in early doors.as your s/c i would work it out on say 100 to 150 euro;s a day.but you can save money buy eating in.i;ve cooked a sunday dinner on whats in the room.apart from yorkshire puddings.up to you wether you want to wash pots and cook.good thing about this place is your right next to the egg.so you cannot get lost.just ask anyone they should know where it is.if you say drunk one night.

For a week if you plan on drinking most evenings and hitting a few big clubs you will want 150 euros a day. You can get beers in the west end for about 3 euros a pint and free shots to get you through the door when you go in most bars. In the big clubs a bottle of beer can be 12 euros and a vodka red bull is nearer 20 so have a few beers before you head in.

^^ Yup .. 150Euros/day spending money is enough not to be watching every penny, without going crazy eating / drinking in expensive venues - and provided you don't decide to spend a week doing your best impression of Brandon Block. 500Euros for a week would require some very serious budgeting ! The astronomically rip-off taxi prices kill any hope of staying within a sensible budget if you're alone and want to see a few places - but if you're in a group or use buses you can use a few within that.
