Help-Where to stay

Hey--My husband and I are 29, love to travel and party, and are on our way to Ibiza for the first time in June. We were thinking of staying in Talamanca, Playa en Bossa, or Figueretas. Wanted to stay in a centrally located place to clubs, restaurants, but also be able to experience the beautiful beaches. We also wanted to make it easy to use the Disco Bus, ferry, etc, since we are not going to have a car. Any other suggestions on clubs, etc, -buying tickets beforehand or not. We will be there on a Tues, Wed and Thursday night. We are so excited!

All those places are easily accesible to Ibiza Town. Figueretas and Playa D'en Bossa are more built up with lots to do (plenty of restaurants and bars) but the beach at Talamanca is a bit better. The buses can get pretty packed - but cabs aren't that expensive (and if you're staying in Talamanca or Figueretas you can walk to Ibiza Town fairly quickly anyway). As for buying tickets beforehand, it depends if you know exactly what clubs you want to go to before you get there. You won't have a problem getting tickets over there if you wanted to make a last minute decision.

Daniella... what are your plans for the days your there? That will obviously affect where your gonna stay?

we stayed at the garbi a couple of years ago...

http://www.ibiza-spotlight.com/garbi/ which was great location for bora bora and space.

we're staying in talamanca for our 2nd week this year at the argos hotel

http://www.ibiza-spotlight.com/argos/ pretty close to pacha and el divino

if you're thinking figueretas then what about
http://www.ibiza-spotlight.com/esvive/

I would definitely recommend getting your tickets before hand but then it depends how well connected you are I spose:?:

Good place in San An

One of the hidden gems of San An is the Jovial apartmentos. I have been going there for over 10 years and love it as its on the outskirts of San An and near to Coastline Cafe and Kanya. An ideal base for your hols as long as you arent the type to hang your flags over the balcony. Trouble is not tolerated here (they have an excellent arrangement with the police) but clubbers are much welcomed. Welcoming and genuine Ibiza hospitality from Jose and his friends, cheap rates and good music round the pool ( i have been supplying them with good tunes for years - Chill out, lounge and mellow house ) It's a great place to relax the day after a big un'.

See you there in June and Sept.
Call 0034 971 345499 and ask for Jose but be quick !!

Thanks for your help-the esvive looked cool but they have a 4 night minimum and we are only there for 3. We want to see the island, go to the clubs, go to the beach. I heard there are cool caves to see, but I dont know where those are or how to get into them. Any other activities you recommend? I was looking at the Argos hotel, and also the Sinbad. Have you heard anything about the Sirenis as well? You seem pretty knowledgable!

There's lot of experts on here that's for sure (I'm not one though:) )

There are caves at cova santa (Holy Cave) though near sa caleta. Thought to have healing properties in medieval times.

We're staying at the argos hotel this year - the reviews look good
