Hi folks

Got a friend going over in mid-september with flight paid for but no accomodation and no funds for accomodation.

He has friends in the Central City Apts in san an and is thinking of crashing there.

Question is.........will he face hassle staying with them there? anyone been here and tried this or been and knows the policy there?

Cheers!

I know one person who crashed there easily enough but this was a couple of years ago though...

Maybe see you there... because I'm staying at Central City mid sept myself! :D

I'm staying there from the 4th Sept till the 11th so I can check what the staff are like / ask around and see if anyone is doing it if you want?

Well I fly out on the 15th from Manchester and also staying in the Central City so we will make sure they have a fun packed stay while at the Central Mental!

Been there done that

I stayed in central city about 2 months ago, people were in and out all the time, i had different people stayin in my apartment every night and no one blinked an eye lid. the place is a mad house so i cant see anyone sayin anythin, like I said, we had people doin it all the time.

I was well happy when I got there, the rooms are basic but nice. They have got 2 singles, n a settee which I used as a big bed. It pulls out to 2 beds to.

Eveyone in the hotel is dead friendly, beer is always just round the corner. Although u gotta make sure to watch ur valubles. security is not at its best. I hopin to move there next year for a few months.

I stayed in Central City 2 years ago. Personnally thought the place was a sh*t hole! We had a self catering apartment for 2 people & it was tiny, only enough room for 2 single beds which were pushed together & only 1 person at a time could walk round them, no other furniture could fit in the room. The bathroom room door didn't open fully as it hit the sink - if you were a bit on the chubby side you wouldn't have got in. And then there's the heat, tiny windows, no balcony, everyone left their doors open which resulted in a lot of burgalries. Oh and then there's the problem with the water or rather lack of it. The hotel was without water for about 5 hours, so no flushing toilets!! From speaking to other people & reading other reviews this happened quite a lot. As you would expect with an 18-30 place it is very noisy.
I still had a great holiday though and will be back on Sept 2nd! But not at Central City.....

Cental City is cheap and cheerfull and u get exactly what u pay for which is f***ing good fun all the time and anyway u dont wanna sleep all day on hols you want a 24hr party non stop and we had it last year at central , yes the pool waters salty , yes the place aint tastefully decorated and yes its very noisy but your in ibiza and for the price it costs its worth it !

hey peeps

ive stopped at central city twice out of four trips to ibiza, the location is bang on and the staff are cool, even if ur in a mess they will help u out if ya know what i mean, the air con is a big plus point, 60 euros returnable deposit if i remember right. the rooms are just what u need, somewhere to sleep, a fridge and shower.

i dont see why people are slagging them off on here, they must be snobs or stop in all the time, they do the job and i would happily stay there again to return to ibiza. and as for outsiders staying i think u wud pull it off with ease.

enjoy your trip

Is the Aircon actually aircon or just a fan.
Some of my mates stayed in an 18-30 a few years back and in the brochure it said 'aircon (deposite required)' and when they got there they paid the deposit and just go a fan!
