My travel agent suggested it (as a/conditioned hotel) I noticed it's in the far end of the san ant bay. 8)

I could realy use an opinion
is it a good clean up'n'running place ? how are the guessts there ?
and how far (walk and bus) to the fun places in san ant
can you walk from there to say, del mar, or at least eden ?
does the bus get there at night ? is it a quite place
and most important, which is the best beach in san ant. and how far is it from the bay ? (hotel)
