Help Me Experienced Ibiza People!

Hi,

I'm looking to go to Ibiza for the 1st time with a couple of mates at the late age of 24. One of the lads can't leave work until after 3rd sept 07, so we'll probably go for a week from about 5th Sept. Is that any good? Will we miss the best bits or are we still on for serious party? Plus if you think an Ibiza-virgin needs to know anything, let me know. Feel free to reply to my email address - hawaiiandad@hotmail.co.uk.

actually a very good time to go.

the closing parties will shortly be upon you and the clubs and bars and beaches will be less busy
 
September....perfect

We swear by September, along with May we feel it's the best time to go.
1st-14th Sept. for us this year, maybe a week in May if we can get our son to come back from Gran Canaria and house sit for us...
 
You wont miss out a thing! Avoid August like the plague, some people say its the best time to go coz of the atmosphere but you'll be packed into every club like rush hour on the London Underground at a cost of 50euros per night. The good thing with missing August is slightly less people, lower prices, more option for free tickets when sat on the BoraBora beach party. The clubs will be 90% full instead of 100% full which makes a great deal of difference when you're in a club for 8-10hours at a time.

Make sure you go to:-

Space - Sunday or for the new Azuli night there
Bora Bora Beach Party (opposite Space) - On every day
Pacha - Subliminal on Wednesdays
Pacha Pre-parties at Cafe mambo everynight for the sunset! Essential
DC10 if you're a techno/minimal fan
Amnesia for the trance
 
Azuli is at Space? Got any more details about this?

The line ups there last year were awesome (far too awesome for El Devino). Possibly the best on the island some of them

Late at the age of 24??? Jeez I was 42 before I got there and I'm still going back every year! September is definately the best time. Not quite so crowded and you'll just be in time for some of the closing parties. Yes, serious partying indeed. I suggest you use the excellent clubbing calendar elsewhere on this site to plan your week. Don't miss out on the bars though, some of the pre-parties on sunset strip are cool, with big DJs mixing and easy to meet, plus they're free! Mambo has to be done, as does Cafe del Mar if - like me - you're of the slightly older generation.

You'll have a blast.
