The hotel grounds are built on a flat area well equipped for disabled use. The rooms are built in small chalet style blocks one up one down. The area around your hotel is also flat and its a nice walk(10mins) along a wide footpath down to the shops of San An Bay where the path starts to narrow so you may have difficulty there. Outside to the right of the Hotel there are a few shops opposite the Sirenis Countryview, including a supermarket, a medical unit and they are all easily accessed for disabled use.
Breakfast is 8-10.30, lunch 1pm-3 and dinner 7pm-9.30. Snacks are available all day.
