The world famous Heaven nightclub arrives on the Balearic Islands this summer to launch its permanent new home away from home on 20th June 2007.

The team behind Heaven London is set to revolutionize gay clubbing in Ibiza, as it launches the island’s biggest gay nightclub this summer. The venue, previously called Penelope’s, is situated directly facing the marina in Ibiza Town between Pacha and El Devino. The design team will include Italian designer Francisco Aniorte for the interiors, and Blue Box will install Ibiza’s biggest nightclub Funktion One dance stack sound system. Intelligent Lighting will create a stunning laser and lighting show inspired by Heaven London.

For 28 years Heaven has retained its position as the most successful and longest-running gay nightclub in the world. In one of the most popular world capital cities for the gay scene, London, where the market is subject to ever-changing tastes and trends, Heaven has remained the number one club for popularity, leading entertainment and profitability. With a worldwide reputation Heaven Ibiza is sure to be a winning formula in the clubbing capital of the world and is set to create a new era of clubbing on the Island.

The new venue will follow a similar format to Heaven London with two VIP areas – the famous Departure Lounge and The Island. The Island in the Ibiza venue will overlook the marina and new terrace area.
