A day to enhance all your senses through sight, sound, smell, taste, touch and to stir the awakening 'sixth'. Explore and sample a variety of amazing healing experiences and therapies; including Reiki, Bowen Therapy, Massage, Reflexology, Crystal Healing, Oracle readings and much more.
Attend mini workshops on subjects which are gaining in both awareness and public demand, such as Fasts that Cleanse & Detox more than just the body, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and NLP ( Neuro Linguistic Programming) as well as being uplifted by listening to inspiring motivational speakers.
It's also a day filled with music, dance and fun for all the family.
Above all, it's a day especially designed to help you 'lighten-up' and enjoy life - whilst helping us support the quality of life for the children and elderly on Ibiza.
