has anyone stayed at hotel mare nostrum?

I haven't seen anyone mention this hotel in play d'en bossa and I'm wondering why. i just booked a room there, for 70 Euro a night, not bad for single accomadation in that area.

also, about the hotel pools/bars...does one need to be a guest to hang out at the different pools, etc?
