yea, if i hadnt of puked up my meal when i got in last night i think i would have been okay.

It was all undigested so bringing up peices of steak and carrot was a bit tricky - an hour and a half later and i pass out

I had a rare chill evening last night so feeling energized for some Christmas Eve clubbing antics

But I do admit that Friday at work was a rough one following Thursday night
