Hand Luggage question

Im doing a "carry on" luggage for my first trip in July.

Whats the score with "restricted items" ie Razor and toiletries?

Any advice welcome as I have always checked in bags in the past, and these items always go in the hold case.

Safety razors are fine / toiletries no more than 100ml in a regulation placcy bag. Same as ever !
