I'm sure i pick up my colds IN the gym - all that sweat and dodgy air con.

Your body is having such a workout trying to fight off the cold that you shouldn't lose any results you've gained. If your gym has a sauna, try to use that as well. Cold germs can't survive in high temperatures so it will help you clear up faster. I remember last winter feeling a cold coming on but then disappearing after I went in the sauna. Remember to bundle up when you go out, though. You'll feel invincible at first but you will get sick if you don't wear something warm!
