some of you may remember that i posted the other week but some troubles at work. Well my bitch of a boss was waiting for me to slip up and guess what ...........

I have i sold something and the customer got a product £279 more
alt5hou i made a mistake shou.ld of checked the product that was on display with the ticket the warehouse surley should of made sure that that machine was the right one before it left the store

my store manager wants me to pay the £270 and has also arranged a disiplinary !!!!!

my manager told me that if i dont pay the £270 on pay day next month then she will deducy the whole set of wages from the month after (can she do this surley this breaches contract ???)

either way im f***ed as she wants me gone and now shes found her way

Althou i have been offered aniother job elswhere i aint got a start date yet ALTHOU GOOD NEWS i have an interview to become an estate agent on tuesday !!!

what are your guys thought on this ??? it was a genuine mistake wich i will take the blame for ?? and what would you do ??
 
I don't think any employer can deduct monies from someone's wages unless agreed in writing.

If i were her i'd treat it as an accident and probably give you a verbal warning.

All depends what her position in the company is?
