Around here, we used to make a sport out of bashing Groove Armada... mainly for their insistence on Superstylin' their DJ sets :lol:

But I've got to say I am loving their new single, History (ft. Will Young)

Style-wise, it owes a lot to Bronski Beat/Communards. But I like it.

Anyone heard the rest of their new album?
 
I'm off to see them in Glasgow in October. Never been my fave dance act, but they have enough hits/chooons behind them that it should be a good night. Bought the new album to bring me up to date and it's actually pretty fine (though probably prefer the older singles from it to the new one).
 
I caught the tail end of a live show by them on a beach in Ibiza a couple of summers ago. It was cool... wish we'd shown up earlier to see more of it.

They're here in Moscow in September. I'll probably go check it out.
 
And to complete the cream of 90s dance revival I now have tix to see Underworld and Leftfield in Glasgow this November. :twisted:
