since month on the same place close to talamanca ...

what is it :?:
who´s the owner :?:
 
I thought it was a coastguard boat or something similar?
Even with binoculars I couldn't see any clear markings,the light was wrong...

coastguard ? maybe, but it ccould easily be something "luxury/vip/private" ...

just drive in direction of the new-port-construction-area (where signs say that it´s
not allowed to drive there :twisted:), then take the narrow road on the left side
which leads up the hill ... then after a few metres you´re on the top
and from that plateau you have very good view from above on that boat :idea:
 
It is a Belgium Search & Rescue Vessel called "COMMANDANT FOURCAULT"

Owned by Seatec, Belgium a company based out of Antwerp founded by Capt. Pim De Rhoodes.

The CDT. Fourcault is staffed and fully operational year round and when sailing equipped with a rescue helicopter, on board decompression chamber, rescue divers, Automated External Defibrillator as well as an Emergency Medical Technician. The CDT. Fourcault is custom designed and capable of a wide variety of missions including but not limited to Search & Rescue, Salvage, dive expeditions as well as any other expeditions and is primarily used as a Nautical Archeology Research platform capable of housing a crew of 50 and sailing non stop for 45 day!
Seatec utilizes a wide range of equipment witch includes Sidescan sonar, magnetometer, surroundsound sonar. Aboard the CDT. Fourcault is a fully operational dive facility capable of supporting dives in excess of 100M with equipment such as fulltrimix refill, boosters and compressors and experienced certified dive instructors.
