............it's official...........as of today I'm now a grandad!! 8O :D

Lexi was born at 3.50am this morning weighing in at 6lbs 12ozs, mum and baby in fine health. My sons a bit tired, hasn't slept for three days due to false alarms, but is OK really and very happy. :D

Right, where's all these 24hr pubs!!! 8O Brilliant timing eh? :lol: Got to wet the baby's head tonight. Somebody start a hangover thread tomorrow 'cos I don't think I'll be capable..............or I might still be in the pub! 8O :lol:

its what my wife is called (short for alexis)

First of all, her name Lexi is just that, not short for anything, chosen by her mum. Lovely name, unusual without being silly.

Choon to dedicate, hmmmmm, never given it any thought.

More good news! 8O The Sunday night gig I've been covering since August is now mine from this Sunday, just got a text at teatime. The so-called resident DJ has only done 4 Sundays since August, I've covered the rest. TBH the staff and customers have been shouting to the owner since I started that they wanted ickle old me. :lol: Excellent! :D

Maybe I should rush out and fill in a lottery ticket. :lol:
