Following this strict advice only this year....
Go for a nine/ten year old horse that weighs approx. 11 stone with experience over long distances and, if possible, make it Irish!
Apart from TRAINER (Jonjo O'Neill) & JOCKEY (A P McCoy) who I'll have a little go on for fun. French horse too, agh.

he had ran perfect race last year until he fell, I reckon he would have gone to win it!!

!not a bad horse though, has won plenty of times this year, excellent stamina, his jumping can be called into question sometimes and at 11 he is getting on hence the long odds, but all up not a bad o/sider!!
