Got tickets for wrong event

Hi all,

Gave my missus the task of getting tickets for el row 7/10.

Great all booked for Pyramid on the 8th 😩

We've sent an email but just checking what the likelihood is to get these switched to the correct date or refunded?

If you bought them from here, it’s a no quibble refund, see the confirmation email. If you bought them direct from Amnesia, you’re probably shit out of luck

Thought as much. Told her to come here and she bought direct. Typical. Guess we'll be doing both whether she likes or not. Thanks the reply
 
Got a response from Amnesia support pretty quickly.

Thought I'd pop this in here just in case anyone has same issue in future. Seems straight forward enough.
