.... wish me luck - I am fabulous on paper :lol::lol::lol: but I really hate interviews..... :?

Some people talk the talk, I think I gabble the gabble.....:oops::oops::oops:

My mantra for this morning is "less is more, Less is more........"

and make sure to ask them at the end "what reservations do you have about giving me the job??"

and then do your best to overcome their reservations!

good luck:D

ooooooh I like that!!! thanks for that tip (*scribbles it furiously on her arm under her shirt)....

Any more tips guys????? (I have really long arms ! ;);))

Welllllll

It was ok I think - I kept my hands together (no wild hand movements that i am apparently guilty of)

I tried to focus and speak/acknowledge both interviewers whilst answering their questions.

I remembered to breathe and to pace myself whilst speaking (its not a race Stephanie!!!)

My only worry is that the interview was over in 30 mins and they had allocated 1.5hrs 8O8O8O8O8O

However, that could be because I answered all questions fully and didnt need to elaborate or worse case scenario - I just f**ked it up....:lol::lol::lol::lol:

On the plus side - they did say that they were incredibily impressed with my CV - so much so that they thought it very interesting and "different" :? but on the whole one of the best CV's they had seen in a very long time..... so, thank you Mr PL for that!!!:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Fingers crossed then - 2 more interviewee's to see.....

Sounds like you held up your end of the deal.

Now it's all up to them... but you know the other candidates aren't nearly as cool ;) (or maybe I mean qualified?)

Good luck!

Good luck!

They are a lot "calmer and focused" than me I would say but they dont have the balls / confidence to take on people in a managerial sense in my opinion, they both shy away from that side of things..... so.....:?:?:?

good luck PL! sure the short interview doesn't really mean anything, an hour and a half seems quite excessive if you ask me!

let us know how it goes 8)

Apparently we find out on Tue next week...... might as well make the most of this weekend as hard partying might be off the agenda for a few weeks if I am successful....:lol::lol::lol::lol:

I love that 'new job' bout of hard graft, before you understand exactly what you can get away with :lol:

it would be rude not to really, I always think its worth checking out the boundaries of decent behaviour beforehand - although Phil thinks I should just go as normal - the company know what I am like after 10 years and they know I am little bit "less controllable" than your average person in the consultant workforce.....:lol::lol:

Still its only manners really isnt it?????

If successful I might do a couple of weeks in a twinset and pearls and tame my OOC hair at the moment 8O8O

El G - used your tip - talk about flumoxing someone...... they couldnt answer it - belter!!!:lol::lol:

it's a great question cos if they don't answer then theoretically that means they have no reservations.

otherwise they should tell you and that give you the opportunity to counter.

mark b knows where i learnt this one from.;)

......she stuttered and stammered and hummed and hahhed for about 30 seconds and said "oh I am sure if we think of something we will advise you when we do a feedback exercise".

I just smiled and said I look forward to that.:lol:
