Ark at you Mr He Hound, what's wrong with Elaines Cafe?
They served me up a mean breakfast cob last saturday, tasty stuff and set me up for our day of fun too!:)
 
I watched it last night and couldn't believe how lazy those women were 8O When her friend just upped and walked out I was gobsmacked! She properly left the owner on her own to run the restuarant. The owner was useless. I can't believe Gordon actually stuck it out. I was hoping to myself that Gordon would take the new chef back to London with him and he did :p:p:p I was really chuffed about that.

As for his restaurants, I took Ben to Royal Hospital Road for his 30th. It was excellent. We had such a good time and the food was superb. I would definitely recommend it 8)

That's you all over my auburn haired friend. Besides (as you know) you have to make use of expenses.

Quite looking forward to Jeera on Saturday BTW (despite it having no Michelin stars to my knowledge)

My thoughts exactley!
I have appointments Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning, not sure whether to stay over or not but if you're about then that's my mind made up - out for din dins it is!
 
Might have to go down to Park Royal next Wed to visit Diageo (which would coincide nicely) - will know for sure by Friday so I can let you know over a Bhuna on Saturday night.

How come you felt rough Sunday ? Whilst tired (and quite angry with Bernard for taking such a long time to get back from Leicester) I felt nearly tip top.

Did you and Bracey stay up late smoking tinky after I went home or was it just your early afternoon football beers catching up with you?

Got accidently steaming last night and feel rough today mind.

On a complete tangent - Sinden and Herve were good weren't they (BTW)
 
Bracey only stayed a bit later, till 7ish!

Think it was the last dabble in fun that did the damage, you and Bracey were clever enough to abstain from that one! Didn't get to sleep till 12 and then woke up at 4 - just felt in a bit of pain and generally had a real bad numb head! Went over to see Alys about tea-time, she generally fed and looked after me, back in bed for 10! Felt tip top Monday tho!:)

Thought Sinden and Herve were ACE, best night I've had there crowd and music wise, a top night all round I say!
 
Ramsey is a legend!! Last nights was good, but the week before excellent!!

His auto biography is a cracking read, and I thought he was hilarous on Jonathan Ross recently!!
 
we went to claridges for our anniversary last year. We did however cane the wine and ended up 210 quid lighter because of it! The food only came to £80. But it was a great night out.
