I can believe that. A friend of mine sold his 1-bedroom flat on Regents Park Rd for just under £300k about 5 years ago. He only paid £15k for it many moons earlier.

all i meant, my dear, is that it is overpriced and probably not worth the huge amount of money for the small amount of space.
