Can't understand why everyone lists La Oliva but not El Olivo - both in dalt vila.

Been to both a few times and consider El Olivo by far the best of the two.

In fact best food i've had in Ibiza.

san rafael

el ayoun!
l èlephant

Ibiza town

la brasa
el corsario

sta gertrudis

amalur

near amnesia
las dos lunas

and so on.... ;)

I would also throw Jamel's Bistro in there... if you can find it. Amazing food and a very cool atmosphere with it being kinda tucked away near the West End without the typical West End rubbish.
