Good Clubs and Bars in Rome....?

Taking a trip over to Rome...anyone know any good club worth checking out in between sightseeing? :D

I am also heading down to Positano with the old lady but I can imagine there is much of a scene down outside of Naples. Or is there...? ;)

Going Sept 16-25. Any big parties planned?
