Gluten Free Options

Hi,

I searched but did not find anything recent.
Are there any locations that have Gluten Free items (as opposed to removing from the meal) such as Gluten Free hamburger buns, Gluten Free pasta, Gluten Free pizza, etc?

There are a few shops in Ibiza town couldn't give you exact addresses but there is one near Zara (not on the same street) I'm back over tomorrow will let you know on Monday when I do good shop

I did book apartments so I can always make something and bring/buy pasta and what not.
But was hoping a restaurant might also serve something like pizza or pasta or hamburgers that are gluten free.
Pretty tough finding things online.
 
No not celiac so dont have to be too hard. Just figured some gluten free pizza or burger buns.
Inflammatory disease where they recommend i remove gluten. So not cross contamination worried.
Might jut bring some dry pasta and stuff since it seems impossible to find gluten free substitutions.

it is possible to buy gluten free pasta and bread but there is not a great selection. however we've bought gluten free from Mercadona supermarket in the past successfully. if you have a particular brand you are fond of then bring it with you. all the bars we frequent are happy to use your bread for their toasted sandwiches or rolls, just bring it with you and ask them. Passion is a good tip as well.

mercadona is the one with more gluten free products :!:

btw, the second one on the island (in puig den valls) opens on tuesday. here's the van doing the rounds all over ibiza announcing the grand "opening party"...
