Any thumbs up for these two this year? Deciding on which I want to go to. Always loved Pacha but seeing some negatives about it this year?

Personally I love the new Pacha refurb and this was already mentioned a couple of times here on the forum by others, as well. So strictly from a club point of view, I would prefer Pacha over Hi.
However, the parties are different. If you want more electronic music, Glitterbox is a better bet. Personally haven't been to Flower Power, but from what I have seen/heard, it's more of a retro type of night. Partywise, I would choose Glitterbox.
As the parties are on different nights, you could of course do both
