Bunch of friends trying to convince me to go - I'm a bit worried that it's some kind of psy-trance/breaks spectacular, although saying that the main stage line up was pretty good last year (richie hawtin, carl craig, sasha, paolo mojo plus others).

anyone been? Is it like the dance musics version of glastonbury, i.e. not chav tastic like homelands/global gathering can be?

its definately not chav tastic, imagine glastonbury without the rock bands.

not been myself but expect lots of middle class hippies, a cool vibe. and maybe some psy trance late at night

yeah I've only heard good things too - although only from breaks/dnb fans, so was just trying to get opinions from house types.

hmm, global gathering or glade

OR cancel madonna and do both of the above (god, actually that's a really obvious decision)
