They could theoretically hit you with a tracking cookie or something, though that's not a very effective form of spyware these days (and mostly harmless)

Picture could cause mahem on unprotected pc's:?: I've seen this site before. A month ago he had over 2m hits. So this can't be real. Very strange.

anyone else found that when you click on the gif link it doesn't work? (the link to the contract) - wondering if it downloads something funny then onto your computer :?
 
No, it's not that. That link points to a .gif file that doesn't exist. When your browser doesn't find it, it returns to the error page which is the exact same as the home page.
