Hello to everyone this is my first post I was just wondering what is the ratio of guys to girls in Ibiza we are going in early september, it is going to be my first time in Ibiza unfortunatly i am not really into my dance music I prefer Garage and old skool dance is there any where I can hear this kinda music thanks in advance

Why not give 'dance music' (we like to call it House) another chance in Ibiza.

I GUARANTEE you'll be converted!

Some of the bars and clubs in the West End play garage and rnb but the bigger clubs generally play house in the main rooms, altho there is some garage and rnb in second rooms especially in Pacha.

Re old skool, Helter Skelter is at Es Paradis (Sunday nights I think).

u should defnitiley give electronic dance music a chance when being in Ibiza and as a whole... that's what the balearic island is all about! 8)

about the guys/girls ratio - i would say about 3 males for every 1 female.

oh and welcome :D

3 men to every woman, though I suspect many guys there are not straight, sundays at Es Paradis play old skool (as I have been persauded to go), and Summon used to play Garage, not sure if it does now

WAY WAY ;)

that's at least how it was in the 3 times i've been there (and i was during different times of the season).

the ratio changes where you go/stay.

if you are in a twenties/18-30 hotel in san an i think you'll find almost a 50/50 split.

in other places such as space and bora bora there is obviously more guys than girls (but who's complaining! ;) )

when people do these guesstimates to work out their chances they never take into account that ibiza is a top gay resort. i reckon that the ration of straight guys to girls is pretty even.

:D This post has cheered me up so much after going to Faliraki last year and Magalluf the year before where the ratio of guys to girs is like 8:1 (Not even exagerated just look at any club photos at either resort) glad to know im gonna go somewhere thats not jus full of blokes

Ratio Ibiza girls that are sexy: 2%
Girls on Ibiza that looks sexy: 98%
Boys that are sexy: 5% (mostly gay)
Boys that are looking sexy: 5%
Rest: 90%

Now that's making a point to your Faliraki's 8:1 ratio! 8O

Oops, sorry the ratio of girls/boys

I'd say 40 (girls) / 60 (boys)

:)

Probably about right, however, it can vary greatly depending on the club nights you go to.

Cream: 80% guys 20% girls
Pacha: 60% guys 40% girls
bora bora: 50:50

and so on........
