Girls - St Tropez update

Its been a while since I have started a girlie thread and to be frank I need something to read, the work day is going oh so slow today and I have abused my email allowance at work. :spank:

I bought some of the St Tropez ages ago, the new cream Barbie recommended, I wasnt too sure when I first started using it, think I used it once then gave up.

But I have persisted this week and have so far used it 3 days in a row and have to say I am very impressed, no nasty streaks (yet) and a nice natural colour. My friend was very jealous when I saw her yesterday, even more jealous because her skin gets irritated by such creams and she cant use them

Thats promising :D

I may give mine another go tonight then! Plus its supposed to tone as well!:D

Really? I wondered why my legs looked like twigs this morning (joking)

I think I gave up cos I noticed no improvement after one day but it does look rather natural at the moment.

I was like that - just gave up on it. :D

I saw a woman in H&M at dinner and her legs really were like twigs - she must of been anorexic - so sad.

Oh no I remember seeing this before, people like that, its so sad when you see it. You want to scream out at them. I saw someone like it on holiday too, she was so skinny it really made me feel ill 8O

Have you seen Heat today? I was going to put a post about "jelly shoes" wondering what everyone thought of them

It actually made my stomach churn looking at her.

Yep of course - I have some in a pearly white colour- love them!!!:D

Hello

I felt a bit  dragging this thread up again....so glad you did Emma! ;)

I started using my St Tropez cream again last week and I was also really pleased with it! :D The only complaint that I have is that its a bit greasy on my face! Anyway....great recommendation Babs....you cost me a fortune!!! :D ;)

Talking of St Tropez I've just seen in Look that they've released an Airbrush Spray tan so you just spray at home and go 8O :D

Has anyone tried it yet??

no but ive booked a fake bake at lifespa in south ealing for thursday night - i find this better than san tropez now

i used to be a san trop addict but fake bake seems to wear off better/more evenly!

This is my prob as once you stop applying it to beware of becoming too orange it then starts coming off when you wash on towels and that and goes streaky :?

Ooh can you report back please, I am undecided about whether to go to Lifespa and get a Fake Bake or Bodywaves and having a Heavenly Bodies Spay tan for my wedding - thing is I am very impatient and Fake Bake takes ages doesn't it :?

That sounds quite good, I am a bit dubious of sprays after having a Loreal one years ago and it going the streakiest I have ever seen.

my advice wold be dont use spray for your wedding ... the creams are much more even..... and last longer. plus you get a professional exfoliation as well

ill let you know how i get on with the fake bake on friday, you have to leave it on overnight and it takes an hour to do but its pretty relaxing :D

also therapy next to ealing broadway do a good tan which lasts a week (another cream one) with exfoliation.

I'm just so impatient lieing there for an hour  Lifespa do this brilliant pre-holiday package with tanning, waxing, eyebrow tint, something else I can't remember - I think I might just check myself in for the day

I have gone to Therapy a lot in the past too :D
