If that is a solid wooden wedge - its quite possible you break your ankle!!

I have a very similar pair o Red or Dead wedges, same height but with open toes and the wedge is/was solid wood - I have the dodgiest ankle in the world (through going over on it so many times) I walked down the stairs in Pacha 3 years back and stood on a glass bottle - no give in the shoe whatsoever and I badly twisted my ankle... I binned the buggers afterwards
 
i was not sure as i think i will hurt muself in them too!

i think they are wedges with platform!!! the platform is under the part where the studs are....

i was thinking for uk, def NOT ibiza!

I loved mine - but the thought of spending every weekend in Casualty wasnt that appealing - I still wear wedges/platforms etc but I am just a bit more sensible about where i wear them and what I am doing when I wear them.
 
what were you thinking of wearing them with?

I am just not keen on clumpy shoes on my feet, make my legs look even chunkier :twisted: :twisted:
 
I like them - but not for Ibiza and I fear I would have an accident in them I have to say, I can imagine my ankle "going" (they do that anyway even in normal shoes) so I can imagine that really hurting.

But I do really like them, they are different, where are they from?

I see the most gorge platform shoes in Faith Solo at weekend in the sale reduced from £80 to £50 so so sexy shoes!
 
I see the nicest shoes in Ravel at the weekend they were round toe high heeled number with a bow on the back - so nice
 
Dont Even Go There!!

If your clubbing all night that is a SERIOUSLY bad idea!! no one really dresses up like in UK any way.. we always wear dressy flip flops or those dolly pump style shoes...:)
 
I wore flipflops all holiday last year but did regret it at some points ie in Pacha all those beautiful people strutting about in silvery heels - stepping on my feet - ouch!

Disagree - I always have heels on in Ibiza - I cant dance in flats and I hate being small - there are lots of people in heels - you wont be the odd one out honestly... I would just worry about the standing on bottles on steps scenario - extremely dangerous in wedges - I speak from experience....
 
i went and tried them on and couldnt walk in the shop so they are a definite no no.

i wear heel in ibiza too ( i am only 5ft 2!) but always take flip flops for later in my bag...

btw have you seen, turnmills have flip flops for sale inthe club for when your feet hurt ----:D fab!!!!!

I agree. Heels are the way to go :) Wedges = evil and painful..( I did look good however!)

Certain shoes for certain nights.. We love... is definitely a flip flop day / night. Pacha is not. Cocoon is in between heels.. Matinee is nice little heels.

Thats how I decide my shoe outfits :lol:

oh yeah and being so short I try as hard as I can to be 5'3... which is almost normal height! :lol:
 
have to say im one for flats most of the time on holiday, not generally flip flops because they dont stay on your feet but for nice pretty pumps or sometimes nice trainers. The only place i would consider wearing heels is for pacha because people make a bit more of an effort there and there are plenty of places to sit down if you need to.
 
I Love These!i Think Theyd Be Sound!

I Could Survive In Them All Night...i Like To Get Dressed Up For The Nights Though Even Though Others Dont!:)
